Dr. Ivy Colbert PT, DPT
Ivy is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, pelvic floor specialist, prenatal and postnatal exercise expert, trained birth doula, and mother of two daughters and currently pregnant with her third baby.
In graduate school, she developed a passion for treating women struggling with pelvic floor dysfunction. After receiving her doctorate in physical therapy at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, she went on to pursue further education for pelvic floor treatment through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
She founded Empower Physical Therapy after the birth of her first child, when she experienced firsthand how limited and fragmented postpartum care can be. That experience fueled her mission to create a space where women feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout every stage of womanhood.
At Empower, Ivy is passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based care for individuals navigating pelvic health challenges utilizing her skills in myofascial release, joint mobilization, trigger point release, and therapeutic exercise — from pregnancy and postpartum recovery to prolapse, incontinence, and beyond. Her approach goes beyond just treating symptoms; she focuses on the whole person, recognizing the physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors that influence healing and well-being. She strives to treat the whole patient as she feels that consideration of their overall health and well-being is an important part of the rehabilitation process.
Outside the clinic, Ivy enjoys strength training, reading a good book, spending time outdoors and by the ocean and exploring new places with her family!

Dr. Camryn Earley PT, DPT
Camryn grew up in Orange County, where a childhood filled with surfing, hiking, snow sports, and endless adventures with her family shaped her love for movement and an active life. That foundation followed her south to San Diego, which she has proudly called home for over eight years.
From a young age, Camryn knew she wanted a career built around helping people understand and trust their bodies again. That pull led her to San Diego State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and later her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Along the way, she found her calling in pelvic health and pediatric care, drawn by how rarely these areas of care get the attention they deserve, and how much changes when they do.
Camryn specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy for women navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond, as well as pelvic health care for children and adolescents. She believes every stage of that journey deserves dedicated, knowledgeable support, and she brings the same warmth and intention to a new mama healing after birth as she does to a family finally finding answers for their child. Her treatment approach is hands-on, individualized, and rooted in the whole person, blending manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and evidence-based techniques to help every patient feel genuinely understood and cared for. She has advanced training through Herman & Wallace, various manual therapies, and leading pediatric pelvic courses and is continuously expanding her knowledge to bring the most current, effective care to every patient she sees.
When she is not in the clinic, Camryn is most likely in the ocean, on a trail, or scoping out a new coffee shop or restaurant with friends. She has a soft spot for Pilates, road trips with her boyfriend and puppy, and any excuse to explore somewhere new.
For Camryn, great pelvic health care is about more than treatment; it is about making sure every person who walks through the door leaves with real answers, a clear plan, and someone genuinely in their corner. She is honored to meet patients in some of the most meaningful seasons of their lives and she would love to be a part of what comes next for you.
